We are looking for a candidate who:
- 🤝 Has experience leading a production team.
- 🤝 Has experience in a dynamic production environment; food industry experience is a strong advantage.
- 🤝 Speaks both English and Polish.
- 🤝 Is willing to work in a 2-shift system.
- 🤝 Has strong communication and organizational skills.
