💪 What are you going to do?

As **Shiftleader Production**, you will take the lead of a production team within a modern factory.
You ensure that production runs smoothly and according to schedule, manage employees, monitor quality, and ensure that work processes are carried out flawlessly.
You work within a shift system, but are part of a **fixed team**.
Overtime may occur, but is not mandatory.

As production leader/shift leader, you are responsible for;

  • You supervise the production process, ensuring accurate adherence to recipes, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets.
  • Managing, motivating, and coordinating the production team. You monitor employee performance and, if necessary, adjust or offer training.
  • Ensuring that all food products comply with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. You regularly conduct inspections with QHSE and address any deviations immediately.
  • You ensure that kitchen and production equipment is clean, well-maintained, and used correctly.
  • Prepare reports with management for production performance, noting waste and quality controls.

💸 What do we offer you?
  • Salary: €18.15 – €21.22 per hour (depending on experience)
  • CAO (Collective Labour Agreement): Convenience Food
  • ADV (reduction of working hours) is included in the hourly wage
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working hours depend on the shift, schedule is variable
  • Breaks are paid (minimum 45 minutes)
