Quality Controller

As a Quality Controller, you will:
- 🌟 Inspect incoming, stored, and outgoing fresh herbs.
- 🌟 Identify, communicate, and report quality issues.
- 🌟 Decide whether products are approved, rejected, or partially accepted.
- 🌟 Complete quality inspections and administration accurately.
- 🌟 Support and coach colleagues during weighing and packing activities.
- 🌟 Monitor product quality throughout the entire production process.

We are looking for someone who:
- 🤝 Has experience in Quality Control, inspection, or a similar role.
- 🤝 Has a critical eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- 🤝 Works accurately and in a structured way.
- 🤝 Enjoys teamwork and communicates well with different departments.
- 🤝 Speaks English at B1 level or higher (Dutch or Polish is a plus).
- 🤝 Is willing to work in a 3-shift system (06:00-15:00 / 09:00-18:00 / 18:00-00:00).
- 🤝 Is available to work occasional Saturdays.
- 🤝 Holds a valid driver's license.
