What are you going to do?
As a greenhouse horticulture employee in Westdorpe, you are the linchpin in the cultivation process. You contribute directly to the growth and quality of fresh products that end up on consumers' plates every day.
- 🌟 You are responsible for harvesting various types of vegetables.
- 🌟 You perform daily crop care, such as de-suckering and winding, to ensure optimal growth.
- 🌟 You ensure a clean and tidy working environment in the greenhouses.
- 🌟 You work closely with your team to achieve production goals.

What do we offer you?
- 🎁You always get paid for 38 hours according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Greenhouse Horticulture, even if you work fewer hours.
- 🎁During the summer period, you work extra hours, for example from 05:00 to 15:00 for 8 weeks.
- 🎁Overtime hours are stored in a time bank and paid out or settled later.
- 🎁You also work on Saturdays.
- 🎁The wage is €14.99 gross per hour.
