What are you going to do?
As a Vegetable Cultivation Employee in Herpen, you directly contribute to the production of fresh vegetables. You work in a dynamic environment where your commitment makes a difference and you are surrounded by nature every day.
- 🌟 You will plant and harvest various types of vegetables in the field (everything is done by machine, so you will be working on a machine).
- 🌟 You care for the crops by harvesting them and sorting, washing, and weighing them inside the beautiful shed so that only the best products reach the consumer.
- 🌟 You work with modern machines (conveyor belt and packaging machine indoors and agricultural machinery outdoors).
- 🌟 You detect abnormalities or diseases in the plants and report them in a timely manner, so that quick action can be taken.
- 🌟 You contribute to efficient business operations by thinking along about optimizations and improvements in the cultivation process.
What do we offer you?
- 🎁Number of employees: 3
- 🎁Number of driving licenses: min. 2 (must!)
- 🎁Salary of €14.99 gross per hour
- 🎁Housing costs per week: €126.50 per person (will be deducted from salary)
- 🎁Health insurance costs per week: €38.49 per person (will be deducted from salary)
