What are you going to do?
As an All-round Production Employee, you play a crucial role in open field cultivation. You directly contribute to the growth and quality of plant products in the beautiful surroundings of Neer.
- 🌟 You are responsible for preparing the soil, such as plowing and seedbed preparation, for optimal growth conditions.
- 🌟 You assist with planting and sowing various crops, with an eye for precision and quality.
- 🌟 You perform crop care tasks, such as weeding, watering, and applying crop protection agents.
- 🌟 You help with harvesting the products, ensuring efficient and careful processing.
- 🌟 You operate and maintain various agricultural machines and tools, so that the work runs smoothly.
