What are you going to do?
We are looking for a motivated Nursery Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the nursery: from planting and repotting to pruning, caring for, and preparing trees and plants for sale. If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a small, dedicated team, this is the job for you!
What you are going to do is:
- Caring for trees and plants throughout all seasons
- Planting, repotting, and pruning crops
- Preparing trees and plants for sale and delivery
- Performing maintenance work on the grounds
- Collaborating with colleagues, including a Polish-speaking team member
What do we offer you?
- A varied outdoor job in a small, close-knit team
- Opportunity to develop your skills in arboriculture
- Starting salary of €14.71 per hour, with the prospect of an increase based on performance
Who are you?
- Operating machines and tools in the nursery
- Experience in greenery, horticulture, or arboriculture is a plus
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage
- Motivated and available from early February to late May, with the possibility of long-term employment
