What are you going to do?
You bring something special:
You ensure that the line keeps running. That means:
- You adjust the line;
- You are responsible for solving malfunctions and for the maintenance of the line;
- Working with the latest techniques.
We start in January 2026 with training at our supplier, so that you will be able to work with the systems like a pro! Our robotic machines will then hold no more secrets for you. From March 2026 the lines will be operational.
Even if you start in January 2026, you won't be bored. We provide a good onboarding program in which you get to know our company, the locations and your colleagues well.
From March 2026 you will then, fully trained, start working as an operator with the new (robot) machines. How cool is that?!
- Technical knowledge or affinity with technology
- You understand complex machines and know how to keep them running
- Working in a cold environment? No problem for you!
- You enjoy following courses and training; this gives you energy!
- Experience with robotization? Nice to have! This is not a must.
We give you something special:
- You will be employed by us from day one and immediately become part of the team;
- Travel allowance from 10 kilometers one way;
- 192 hours of vacation per year and 8% vacation allowance;
- A year-end bonus of 3.25%

What do we offer you?
- Number of employees: 4
- English: required for every employee! Minimum level B2 speaking and understanding (the training and communication are also done in English).
- Number of Driver's Licenses: min. 3
- You will work in 2-shift shifts: 05:00-14:00 / 14:00-23:00
- You are available for a minimum of 1 year.
- Experience as an operator: Not required, but desirable.
- You are very motivated and eager to get to know the company and the machines.
Who are you?
- Gross hourly wage: €15.52 (excluding 114% surcharge)
- Working days: Monday to Friday
