Do I need to upload a motivation letter?
Not required, but welcome! A brief motivation letter helps us get an initial impression of you. This often gives you a head start and allows us to work with you faster and more effectively. But if you prefer to just leave your details first, that’s perfectly fine too.
Can I also apply without a CV?
Yes, absolutely. We’re happy to look at your talents, skills and development together with you. We’ll discuss this during the introductory interview and can explore it further.

However, it’s useful if you can provide a CV – now or later – so we can present you optimally to your potential employer(s). Don’t worry: we’re happy to help you with that.
