Join the team at McDonald’s Helmond! We are looking for 3 enthusiastic full-time restaurant employees who want to work in a dynamic and friendly environment.
About the Job
Your work will be varied and exciting! At McDonald’s, you will be trained to work in different departments:
Kitchen
Frying fries and chicken products
Grilling burgers
Preparing sandwiches
Drive-Thru
Taking orders
Handling payments
Collection Station
Collecting and checking orders
Issuing meals to customers
Cleaning
Keeping the restaurant, terrace, kitchen, and parking area clean
Language skills: Minimum B1 level in English, German, or Dutch (you will interact with customers)
Driving license: Category B (minimum 2 licenses per team)
Flexibility: Available for evenings and weekends
Appearance: No gel nails or jewelry during work
Rules: No phones or chewing gum during shifts
- Important: No vacation possible in December.
Salary: €14.40 gross/hour (from January €14.71)
Bonus: After 23:00, €2.50 extra per hour (total €16.90 gross/hour)
Schedule: Minimum 40 hours/week, 4 days (Fri, Sat, Sun + Wed or Thu)
Working hours: From 12:00 until closing (00:00–01:00)
Training: Introduction and on-the-job training provided
Clothing: McDonald’s provides shirts and aprons; you bring dark jeans (blue or black). AB Werkt provides anti-slip shoes.
