Production Worker – Concrete Elements (2-Shift System)
Join an innovative and modern family-owned factory specializing in prefabricated concrete elements. Many production processes are mechanized, making your work efficient and structured. You can start immediately in a 2-shift system and become part of a friendly team.
What are you going to do?
- Assemble concrete reinforcement bars (made of foam) according to technical drawings
- Pour concrete mechanically on the production line
- Perform finishing tasks such as sawing edges
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area
What do we offer you?
- No experience required, but physical work experience is a plus
- Speak English (Level 3), German, or Dutch
- Driving license
- Available for long-term employment
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system
- Reliable and motivated
Who are you?
- Hourly wage: €14.95 (all ages)
- +15% shift allowance
- Wage increase of 2% starting January
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Friendly atmosphere in a family business
- Introductory meeting with the company before your first day
