What are you going to do?
As a Production Employee in Oss, you play a crucial role in the production process. You directly contribute to the processing and valorization of animal by-products, which is essential for a sustainable future.
- 🌟Perform daily production work according to work instructions and safety rules.
- 🌟Handle raw materials, ingredients, and internal transport equipment correctly and safely.
- 🌟Operate machines and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- 🌟Follow company hygiene standards and maintain personal hygiene at all times.
- 🌟Clean and maintain the workplace to ensure a safe and orderly production environment.
- 🌟 Identify and report minor machine malfunctions, pests, or workplace issues to the manager.
- 🌟Report deviations in product quality, production processes, or food-safety requirements (FSCC 22000).
- 🌟Report any infectious diseases according to company policy.
- 🌟Contribute to product quality where possible through careful and accurate work.
