Production Employee – Meat Industry
Join a dynamic team in a modern meat production facility! Your work will take place indoors in a chilled environment (between 15°C and -3°C), ensuring product freshness and quality. This is a hands-on role with physical tasks, so be prepared for active work and plenty of standing.
You’ll start in the packing department, checking labels, verifying product information, and ensuring packages are sealed correctly. Once everything looks perfect, you’ll place products in crates, ready for shipment.
In production, you’ll handle meat poles, feed them into slicing machines, and monitor the line to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your attention to detail ensures that the final product looks exactly as customers expect to see in the store.
The team is multicultural, with colleagues from the Netherlands, Poland, and Romania. If you perform well, there are great opportunities for long-term employment!
Ability to communicate in English or Dutch (level 3)
Valid driving license
Experience in production work
Motivation to work with meat and follow hygiene standards (no piercings, short nails)
Long-term availability; holidays discussed with the client (not in December or early January)
Full-time position (around 38 hours per week)
