Poultry Farm Worker – Care for Hens & Egg Collection

Do you enjoy working with animals and being active throughout the day? Join a friendly poultry farm with 130,000 laying hens, where you’ll help care for the chickens and ensure the eggs are collected and handled properly. A great opportunity for someone who’s motivated and looking for long-term, stable work.

About the job

Your daily tasks include walking through the stables to check on the hens, collecting ground eggs, checking water and feed systems, and cleaning the stables. If you’re interested, you can also learn how to check and sort eggs for logistics.

This is an active job that requires physical movement throughout the day. You’ll work in a clean and well-maintained environment, with the support of a small team.

What you can expect

Physically fit and comfortable with walking and light manual tasks
Able to communicate in English or German (not only via Polish-speaking colleagues)
Basic technical skills to fix small issues or assist others
Valid driving license
No visible piercings (for safety reasons)
Motivated and willing to work the full period

What we expect from you

38 hours per week
Long-term position
Hourly wage: €14.40 gross
5 weeks of holiday per year
Accommodation arranged by the agency if need
