Fruit Tree Worker – Year-Round Outdoor Job

About the job

Your work will vary throughout the year:

November–April: Pruning trees
May–August: Securing trees, thinning, checking irrigation, driving tractor and aerial platform, adjusting hail nets
August–November: Harvesting apples and pears
You’ll work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with breaks at 10:00, 12:30, and 15:00. Overtime may be required during busy periods.

No weekend work
Long-term, full-time position
Accommodation arranged by the agency if needed

What we expect from you

Physically fit and motivated
No fear of heights (for aerial platform work)
Able to cycle in traffic
Basic English (level 2)
Valid driving license
No visible piercings (for safety around branches)
Willing to work the full year
Experience is not required — motivation and reliability are most important.
