Order Picker – Freezer Department (Food Distribution)

Are you physically fit, focused, and ready to work in a cold environment? Join a modern distribution center where you’ll help pick and prepare frozen food orders using a headset system (pick-by-voice). A great opportunity for long-term work with structure and stability.

About the job

As an order picker in the freezer department, you’ll collect frozen products and prepare them for transport. You’ll use an electric pallet truck and follow instructions via headset.

The work takes place in a cold environment, so thermal clothing is provided. You’ll be scheduled to work 6 days a week, including evenings and weekends. The end time of your shift depends on the workload, as all orders must be ready for early morning delivery.

What you can expect
  • English (level 3) or Dutch/German;
  • Valid driving license (required);
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in cold conditions;
  • Experience in logistics is a plus;
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends;
  • No phone use during work hours;
  • Open to feedback and performance tracking.
What we expect from you
  • 36–45 hours per week;
  • Evening and weekend shifts;
  • Start date: 18 October 2025;
  • Accommodation arranged by the agency if needed.
