Meat Production Employee – Cold Environment
Join a growing company in the meat production industry! As a Meat Production Employee, you will work in a modern distribution center, ensuring that meat products are packed and prepared for shipment according to strict quality standards. This is an indoor job in a cold environment (between +15°C and -3°C) with minimal physical workload.
What are you going to do?
- Check labels for accuracy and ensure packages are sealed correctly
- Pack meat products into crates and prepare them for dispatch
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Standing work in a cold environment
- Follow company procedures for quality control
What do we offer you?
- Ability to work in cold conditions (+15°C to -3°C)
- Comfortable working in a sometimes noisy environment (earplugs provided)
- Driving license (minimum 1, preferably 2)
- Experience in production is a plus
- Motivation to work with meat products
- No piercings or long nails (hygiene requirement)
- Available for the entire period (holidays in consultation)
- Willing to work during Christmas and New Year
- Team player with a reliable attitude
Who are you?
- Hourly wage: €14.40 (excluding shift bonus of 114%)
- From January 1, 2026: €14.71 (excluding shift bonus)
- Saturday work: 145% pay
- Day shift: 06:00 – 15:00
- Approximately 38–40 hours per week
- Lunch or dinner provided by the company
- Opportunities for advancement if you speak English (minimum B2)
