About the job

As a logistics team leader, you’ll be the key link between operations and management. You’ll coordinate daily activities, lead meetings, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your role includes:

Managing and motivating your team
Communicating with other departments and leadership
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in logistics operations
You’ll work closely with your team and be involved in both planning and hands-on support.

What you can expect
  • 38 hours per week
  • Weekend work optional (Saturday)
  • Hourly wage: €17.35 gross
  • Accommodation arranged by the agency
  • Start date: as soon as possible
What we expect from you
  • Proven experience in logistics and team management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse equipment and transport planning
  • English level 3 or higher
  • Valid driving license
  • Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Willing to work the full period (holidays in consultation)
