Logistics & Production Worker – Fruit & Vegetable Distribution

You’ll be working in a large logistics hall with around 20 colleagues, mostly Dutch and Polish. Your tasks include:
Sorting, packing, and order picking of fruit and vegetables (mainly tomatoes and cucumbers)
Labeling and preparing products for shipment
Operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) — no license required, training provided
Supporting production tasks during quieter logistics periods
This role offers a mix of logistics and production work, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working in a team.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid driver’s license
Can ride a bicycle in traffic
Speak English, German, Dutch, or Polish (basic communication required)
Are motivated and physically fit
Are available for long-term employment
Are open to working Saturdays and staying in the Netherlands during key holiday periods
You will work for at least 36 hours, but they try to offer you at least 40 hours. You can work for 5 or 6 days to get these hours.
Sometimes they have a period with less work. We will offer you then some other work for a short time, or you can go on holiday.
You will work in dayshifts
Weekly hours: Minimum 36 hours, with a goal of 40 hours
Workdays: Monday to Saturday (no work on Sundays)
Shifts: Day shifts only
Contract type: Long-term employment with the intention to stay for multiple years
Flexibility: In quieter periods, you may be offered other tasks or take holiday
Growth potential: Possibility to increase salary and grow into other roles over time
Accommodation: Available nearby (shared housing with a colleague)
Holiday policy: Vacation dates to be discussed with the client; presence during Pentecost and until the end of the year is expected
