Technical Assembly Worker – Agricultural Equipment
Are you a hands-on worker with technical skills and a strong work ethic? Join a specialized assembly team where you’ll install and dismantle equipment in agricultural buildings across the Netherlands. A great opportunity for long-term work with variety, responsibility, and travel.
You’ll work independently or with a colleague to assemble and dismantle stable equipment in empty pig and cow barns. Each day, you’ll travel to different locations with a fully equipped company van, bringing the tools and materials needed for the job.
Tasks include installing and removing equipment made of plastic, iron, stainless steel, or concrete—such as slatted floors, water systems, feed installations, gates, cooling systems, and high-pressure piping. The work is physically demanding and involves lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Occasionally, you may stay overnight at a job site (accommodation provided).
- Demonstrable experience in technical or assembly work
- Valid driving license (BE is a plus)
- VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain it within 1 month)
- English or German (min. level 4), Polish (min. level 5)
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Motivated and reliable
- Willing to work full period (standard holidays in weeks 52–1)
- 40–50 hours per week
- Occasional Saturday work
- Hourly wage: €15.28 gross
- Overtime: 128% >40h/week, 147% on Saturdays
- Travel time paid after first 30 minutes/day
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Accommodation arranged by the agency id needed
