All-round Worker Tree Nursery

At this nursery, you’ll be part of a small team that grows various types of shrubs and Prunus trees, both in pots and in open ground. The work is diverse and includes weeding, planting, harvesting, taking cuttings, loading potted plants, and cleaning the field.

Most of the plants are grown in pots, both indoors and outdoors. A smaller part of the nursery is dedicated to open-ground cultivation. The team prefers to work indoors when it rains, but sometimes tasks need to be completed regardless of the weather. Don’t worry—rainwear is provided by the client.

You’ll be working closely with the owners, who are actively involved in the business, including the father of one of the partners. It’s a warm and welcoming environment where your contribution is appreciated.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated and ready to get involved in all aspects of nursery work. You don’t need previous experience, but you should be willing to learn and enjoy working with plants.

To be considered, you’ll need:

A valid category B driving license
Basic English skills (level 2)
Good motivation and a positive attitude
Availability for the full duration of the assignment (holidays can be discussed)
There’s also a possibility to be scheduled for another job after this one, depending on your performance and motivation.

This is a full-time position with 38 to 45 working hours per week. There’s also an option to work on Saturday mornings if you’re interested.

Accommodation is arranged through the agency if needed.
