Do you enjoy working outdoors and don’t mind a physical challenge? Join our team at a leading tree nursery!
Your main task will be grubbing trees using machines, combined with some manual handling. This is mostly medium physical work outside, even when it rains.
Extra information:
You will work in an international team (Dutch, Polish, Romanian colleagues)
Everyone is treated equally and works closely with the owner
Bring your own work shoes, rain boots, and rain clothes
Hours per week: 38–42
Weekend work: sometimes on Saturday (07:15–12:00)
Long-term opportunity with stable hours
Motivated and used to working outdoors
Driving license: mandatory (to drive company car to tree fields)
Language: English or German (minimum B1 level)
Experience: outdoor work required, preferably with trees
Must stay for the agreed period (holidays in consultation)
This company specializes in medium to very large trees and shrubs. With 450 hectares and over 1,600 species, it is one of the largest nurseries in Europe. More than 100 employees work daily at three locations to grow, sell, and deliver top-quality trees to customers in 35 countries.
Our trees are used in city centers, parks, business premises, and private gardens. We work closely with landscape architects, green contractors, and designers to create successful green projects – and we are proud of it!
