💪 What are you going to do?

As an Order Picker at the LIDL distribution center in Oosterhout (Gld), you play a crucial role in the daily process. You ensure that the right products arrive at the supermarkets on time, so that the shelves are always stocked.

  • 🌟 You accurately pick orders for food products for the LIDL branches using an electric pallet truck (EPT).
  • 🌟 You work both in the HR/Dock department and in the refrigeration, where you ensure a constant supply of fresh products.
  • 🌟 You check the quality and shelf life of the products, so that only the best reaches the customer.
  • 🌟 You contribute to an efficient logistics process by working quickly and carefully.
  • 🌟 You ensure that the logistics chain runs smoothly, which directly contributes to satisfied customers in the stores.
💸 What do we offer you?
  • 🎁Earn between €15.69 and €21.5 per hour
  • 🎁Driving license required
  • 🎁 Hourly wage between €7.98 and €15.69 depending on age and ADV
  • 🎁 Allowances up to 100% for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • 🎁 Freeze-bonus of 8% per hour

  • 🤝 You have experience as an Order Picker or are eager to learn and quickly able to master this profession, preferably with an EPT.
  • 🤝 You are a go-getter who likes to roll up their sleeves, both in the HR/Dock department and in the cold storage.
  • 🤝 You work accurately and efficiently, so that every order of food products is handled correctly.
  • 🤝 You are flexible in working hours and willing to work in shifts, which is essential for logistics.
  • 🤝 You have a good command of the Dutch language, which is important for smooth communication with colleagues.
