Technical (De)montage Worker
The moment you step into an empty barn and hear your footsteps echo, you know something great is about to be built. As a Technical (De)montage Worker, you’ll travel from Venhorst to various sites to assemble or dismantle agricultural and construction installations — all for €15.21 per hour.
🌟 Assemble and dismantle stable equipment
🌟 Work with plastic, steel, stainless steel and concrete
🌟 Install slatted floors with or without underfloor heating
🌟 Install water pipes, drink systems and feeding systems
🌟 Place walls, fencing, cooling units and high‑pressure lines
🌟 Prepare and load all required tools and materials
🌟 Travel daily from Venhorst to project locations
🌟 Occasionally work one week on external sites including overnight stays
🎁 Salary of €15.21 gross per hour
🎁 Travel‑time compensation after the first 30 minutes at €15.21 per hour
🎁 40–50 working hours per week
🎁 Occasional Saturday work when needed
🎁 Free VCA course if required
🎁 Accommodation covered when working on external weekly projects
🎁 Work at a professional installation company equipped with modern tools
🤝 Holder of a valid driving licence B (BE is an advantage)
🤝 Experienced in technical or montage work
🤝 English or German at minimum level 3
🤝 In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain it within 1 month (paid by AB Werkt)
🤝 Physically strong and comfortable working in empty cow or pig barns
🤝 Willing to work long days between 06:30 and 18:00
🤝 Motivated, hardworking and team‑oriented
🤝 Available throughout the full period, except during company closure weeks 31, 32, 33 and weeks 52/1
