Greenhouse Cleaner – Eggplant Cultivation
Are you physically fit and ready for a challenge? Join a greenhouse horticulture company specializing in eggplants, where your hard work will help prepare the greenhouse for the next growing season. This is a short-term but intense job, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
In this role, you’ll be working inside a greenhouse, clearing out aubergine plants and cleaning the space thoroughly. The work is physically demanding and includes repetitive tasks that require strength and endurance, especially in the hands, arms, and shoulders.
You may occasionally work at heights, and the environment can be humid or cold depending on the weather. You’ll be part of a team focused on completing the cleanup efficiently.
While experience is welcome, it’s not required—what matters most is your motivation and physical readiness. Based on performance, there may be opportunities to stay longer or transition to other roles.
We’re looking for 3 motivated individuals who are ready to take on physically demanding work.
To be considered, you should:
Be able to cycle in traffic
Speak basic English, Dutch, or Romanian
Be available for the full 4-week period (holidays can be discussed)
Follow hygiene standards (no piercings or long nails)
Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing work
Experience in greenhouse work is a plus, but not mandatory. Please note: based on past experience, this job is generally more suitable for men due to the physical intensity.
Working hours: 36–45 hours per week
Weekend work: May be required depending on the weekly schedule, especially on Saturdays
Accommodation: Provided by the agency if needed.
There may be opportunities to move to another job after this assignment, depending on your performance and motivation.
