Production Employee Tree Nursery

As a Plant Nursery Assistant, you’ll be part of a small team dedicated to growing young avenue trees and shrub plants. Your day will be filled with meaningful tasks like sowing seeds, sorting and potting plants, and keeping the workspace clean and weed-free.

The plants are light (under 5 kg), and you’ll be working both inside the warehouse and outside in the container field. You’ll collaborate directly with the owners, making this a friendly and personal work environment where your contribution is truly valued.

There is one position available, and accommodation is arranged through the agency (not at the nursery itself).

You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team where your work is appreciated and your schedule is respected.

This position offers flexibility and simplicity. You’ll work 28 hours per week, spread over three days of your choice between Monday and Friday—no weekend shifts required.

To be considered, you’ll need:

A category B driving license
Basic English skills (level 2)
A genuine interest in working with plants
Willingness to follow hygiene standards (no piercings or long nails)
Commitment to stay for the full duration of the assignment (holidays can be discussed)
No previous experience is needed—just motivation and a love for nature.
